Wash all interior windows (exterior and screens upon request) inside and out in all rooms
Clean out window tracks
Wash windowsills and curtain rods;
Wipeout all closets
Wash inside and outside of front and back doors
Clean out fireplace if applicable
Wash all marks off the walls
Clean and sanitize inside and out of all cabinets (remove any shelf paper )
Oil cabinetry if necessary
Wash all floors
Vacuum all carpeting (Professional Shampoo upon request)
Remove all trash from the premises
Clean all blinds, light fixtures, fans, heat, and air vents
Remove cobwebs
Wash all baseboard
Polish and shine all hardware

Kitchen:

Clean inside and out of the dishwasher
Clean stove, oven, hood, and trays
Scrub kitchen floor
Scrub under movable appliances
Clean and sanitize inside/outside of the refrigerator (if pulled out will clean under and behind)
Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

Bathroom:

Clean and sanitize bathtub/shower
Scrub inside and outside of the toilet
