• Clean all tubs, toilets, lavatories, kitchen sinks, and appliances
• Clean inside and out all kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets as well as countertops
• Scrape and wash inside and outside surfaces of all windows and sliding glass doors
• Clean all windows and sliding glass door frames, sills and tracks
• Organize and clean all utility closets, furnace closets, storage areas, and garages
• Wipe down all water heaters
• Clean water valve box (washing machine/dryer area)
• Remove all temporary protection labels for your convenience

PHASE II.a: FINAL CLEANING 

Final cleaning includes, but is not limited to: 

• Remove trash, dirt, and small debris from the interior of the unit and dispose of it in the Contractor’s dumpster
• Clean and polish kitchen cabinets, kitchen countertops and vanity tops
• Vacuum inside all cabinets removing dirt and debris
• Clean and polish all plumbing fixtures and related trim to a sanitary condition
• Clean and shine all medicine cabinets, mirrors, and bath accessories
• Polish all cabinets, vanities, other stained woodwork, stainless steel sinks using appropriate products
• Clean and shine inside and outside window surfaces and sliding glass doors
• Clean and shine all electrical installations and trim
• Wipe down and polish all appliances
• Remove all packing materials, temporary labels, operating/maintenance manuals and place them in the kitchen drawer or as directed
• Clean all wood base, casing, sills, and shelving
• Clean outside and inside of all exterior doors, including thresholds
• Wipe down and shine all interior doors
• Sweep and mop all tile floors:
  • Scrub linoleum or tile floors with a degreaser/detergent to remove all dirt and grime
  • Sweep and mop all interior storage areas, garages, exterior patios/porches and power wash porches/patios (if applicable)
  • Dust or vacuum walls and ceilings if required
